Adding the Rain Effect to your photo using Photoshop
Step – 1 Goto File, Select Open, and choose the image you want to add the effect to

Step-2 Goto Layer- Select New – Select Layer
Step-3 Set the foreground colour as Black and background colour as White ( From the left panel)

Step-4 Goto Filter- Select Render – Select Clouds

Step-5 From Layers Palette, Change Opacity to 65%.


Step-6 Goto Filter- Select Noise – Select Add Noise – Amount: 60% - Distribution: Gaussian- Check Monochromatic. Click on ok

Step-7 Goto Filter- Select Blur – Select Motion Blur – Angle 73- Distance 10. Click on ok

Step-8 Change the Layer Mode(Above the layer names, to the left of Opacity) from normal to Screen
