Tired of office work lets go for a break. You know what happened today my boss he is so selfish I asked for a leave. He shouted and said “there is work pressure and you can’t”………What man………
Bad boss, he is so selfish, impulsive, stubborn, impatient and harsh, undue criticism right? These are the words which are always used by the employees .These words are not applicable for our office boss.
Let me introduce you to our boss:


Navin Soni – People will leave me, the world will leave me but I will not leave how to forget things.
He is young, dynamic, talented and hard working. But hardly, we have seen him to be angry, impulsive or shouting for any reasons. He is the person who cares more about his employees rather than how to criticize or hate some body. It has happened many a times due to work pressure a project was not completed and it had to get delivered on time .Mr. Soni with all the potentiality completed the project and the very  next day with a  big smile on his face ,appreciated the team for their efforts. But the most appreciating thing about him is when he speaks in Bengali…  No this is not all about Navin Soni ………..Usually when a boss enters into the office employees are like “oh god”……….But when Navin Soni enters in office we are like” thank god he is in, otherwise we cannot proceed with our problems”…But Guys don’t even try to make him angry and even if it happens a very simple solution..One bowl of chocolate ice cream and the situation is cool.

Kumud Bihani – Lets go for a movie… enough of work. OOPS!! Lovely offer..lets go and have ice cream.
She is our sweet heart. Though she is the boss of our company but the behaviour towards her employees is much different .Any problem and she comes up with the perfect solution. Unlike Navin Soni she doesnt forget things and if you dare to forget then………Nothing…she will make you remember once again……..She has the perfect ideology about work – Never be rude to anyone, a smile can bring all the success your way. If you ever get a chance to work with her I can promise problems will never knock on your door.

They are the boss of our company……….We being the employees of this organizations consider ourselves to be blessed by God.
