To create the RIPPLE EFFECT, follow the steps given below:

Step -1: Import any Image Your Work Area(Width:270px.Height:452px)-File – Import- Import to Library.
Step-2: Drag and Drop Image Your Work area-Right Click on Image-Select Convert Simbol-now Select Graphic simbol.
Step-3: Select Image Press F8 – Convert Movie Clip – Select 5th frame and press F8 – select 1st frame decrease alpha 0% – select 15th frame press F8 – select 20th frame press F8 – decrease alpha 0%.
Step-4: Insert a new layer above this layer, call it “Layer 2″.
Step-5: Select frame 1 of Layer 2 and draw a borderless square or rectangle depending on the type of ripple effect you want.
Step-6: select 1st frame decrease Ripple size- select 20th frame increase Ripple size
Step-7: Select 1st frame, choose Shape Tween from Tween list box in your property window.
Step-8: Right click on Layer 2 and select Mask.
