Diwali is here! The first Diwali for Codez and this is really a big moment for us. Festivals act as a checkpoint, of how the company has evolved since the last season, and Diwali is all the more special, especially for me!!! Last minute decisions to get the office painted and fixing up the entry to our home like office, adds to the enthusiasm all the more. At this point, I should thank Kumud and Rahul for taking up decisions (and acting on them) to get the office cleaned. The office is expected to look more like an office of a professionally managed organization rather than the office of a few nerds. Cheers guys!!!

Life with Codez has always been dynamic, and a lot of days freshen up your spirits and many make you feel, what am (have) I done and today is one of those days. Surprisingly, on all these days words of a few people act as an inspiration. Here are the ones which make inspire me.

1) My school motto – Udhyemen hi Sidhyanti Karyani
2) Virender Sehwag’s speech after he reached 300 for the first time: Only those who try and hit a six can hit a six!
3) Navin, whatever you do, don’t quit for 5 years. (at the start of my entrepreneurship career)
4) Navin, why don’t you try and understand, I am talking of a million dollars, and your work has to reflect that! (when I thought I was doing a good job)
5) Never worry about the delay of your success compared to others, because construction of a palace takes more time than an ordinary building :)
6) The song Aashaiyein from Iqbal…a song for all dreamers……….zzzzzzzzzzzz
